Moscow: Putin's assassination plan is a shortcut to nuclear war, Biden and Blinken should investigate - 1

The statement by American journalist Tucker Carlson that the administration of former US President Joe Biden "tried to assassinate" Russian President Vladimir Putin should be thoroughly investigated and those involved brought to justice. This opinion was expressed by State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin.

„What Tucker Carlson said should be taken seriously. Yesterday, American journalist Tucker Carlson said that the Biden administration "tried to assassinate Putin". This was suggested by former US Secretary of State Blinken. What Tucker Carlson said should be thoroughly studied. Both Biden and Blinken should be held accountable“, Volodin stressed in his Telegram channel.

“Let me give you a few facts: there was a preparation for an attack on the Prime Minister of Hungary Orban, which was averted, an attempt was made against the Prime Minister of Slovakia Fico, as well as against Trump during his election campaign. All these are links in one chain“, Volodin noted.

He stressed that a day had already passed since the information appeared, but “everyone is silent“. “Neither Biden nor Blinken denied what was said“, Volodin noted.

The State Duma Speaker also notedthat preparing an assassination attempt on Putin is a direct path to the start of a nuclear war.

Carlson previously said that the country's authorities during Biden's presidency tried to assassinate Putin. He said this in a conversation with his colleague Matt Taibbi, calling it “simply madness”. According to him, Anthony Blinken, who was Secretary of State under Biden, in the last two months of his term "did everything possible to accelerate the war between the United States and Russia," Carlson emphasized.

Preparing an assassination attempt on Putin and even discussing it is a crime and a serious threat to global security, Volodin added.

The Chairman of the State Duma believes that everyone should understand that a fierce struggle is being waged against the Russian Federation. “Understand the scale of the challenges and threats we face. And this means feeling your responsibility. Vladimir Vladimirovich is doing everything to strengthen the country, achieve peace and solve global security problems,“ he added.

“Undoubtedly, Putin is Russia's advantage. "Today, more than ever, the unity and consolidation of everyone around our president is extremely important," Volodin concluded.
