Putin's death: the biggest fear of the Russian authorities - 1

The biggest fear of the Russian authorities is the death of Vladimir Putin, because it will be followed by chaos in the country. This was shared by Ukrainian political scientist Oleksiy Golobutsky to Censor.NET.

In addition, the Russian government is genuinely concerned about the constant drone attacks by Ukraine against oil refineries. First, they destroy the illusion that the Kremlin wants to present to the population that everything is fine. And second, they bring huge financial losses to the Russian Federation.

Golobutsky pointed out that the intensity of Ukrainian drone attacks on oil refineries in Russia is high. In the last week alone, there have been three large-scale attacks. Each successful attack causes direct damage of $50-100 million. But even more important are the indirect losses - due to broken contracts and supply chains. These figures are difficult to calculate precisely, but it is clear that we are talking about hundreds of millions of dollars in damage from each strike.

The Kremlin is trying very hard to create the illusion of a peaceful life for its citizens. But the constantly burning refineries are impossible to hide due to the scale of the fires. Even Russian Telegram channels are laughing at the latest claims that this is “drone debris“. Apparently, the Ukrainian debris is the most precise and accurate in the world.

In addition, a big problem for Russia is the lack of sufficient air defense systems to protect the country's oil refineries and other important strategic infrastructure.
