The Brazilian embassy has confirmed that the plane of Brazilian President Lula da Silva will make a landing in Moscow, TASS reports.
Interfax, citing a source in the Russian aviation services, reported earlier that a Brazilian Air Force plane, which is used to transport government delegations, has landed in Moscow.
"The Brazilian Air Force A330-243 landed in Vnukovo about half an hour ago. The plane flew from Beijing and is scheduled to fly to the Brazilian capital today," the agency's source said.
Earlier, Brazilian President Lula da Silva said he might visit Moscow again to ask Vladimir Putin to personally take part in the talks in Istanbul.
"I will try to talk to Putin. It won't cost me anything to tell him: Comrade Putin, please go to Istanbul for talks".
