The bodies of five skiers were found in the vicinity of the Zermatt ski resort in Switzerland, world agencies reported, quoted by dariknews.bg, citing the police in the Swiss canton of Valais.
The bodies were found on the Adler Glacier. The identification of the bodies is currently underway.
The signal was filed with the police by two tourists who noticed abandoned skis at an altitude of 4,000 meters. The police began flying over the region by helicopter and then noticed the five bodies.
So far, it has not been reported under what circumstances they may have died, nor the gender and age of the victims.
