The Macedonian identity and the Macedonian language are being removed from the EP report in a Taliban-style manner. We have come to expect this as a people in the 21st century. This was done to us by Bujar Osmani, Dimitar Kovachevski, Boyan Maričić and the rest. This was stated by the Prime Minister of the RSM Hristijan Mickoski, quoted by BTA.
According to him, the removal of the term "Macedonian identity and Macedonian language" is as bad as if "modern" had been added to it. He stressed that it is important that the acceptance of the Macedonian identity and language in the EP Foreign Affairs Committee will remain in the collective memory.
Mickoski pointed out that once again it has become clear that the problem is not only the inclusion of Bulgarians in the constitution, but is much deeper. He called on all those who have suggested that the changes to the constitution will solve the country's problems to apologize.
Unfortunately, what has been happening in our country for seven years has led to such a situation, he added.
