Eco-activist Greta Thunberg appeared at an anti-government protest in Belgrade last night, local media reported, quoted by BTA.
"I contacted local activists and learned a lot about how the fight for justice and a clean environment is inextricably linked to the fight against deadly fascism and nationalism," Thunberg told the news website "Mashina".
The publication shows that the Swedish activist participated in a blockade in the Belgrade district of Novi Beograd together with several of her friends.
Thunberg is in Belgrade to support the local struggle for freedom, the fight against corruption and against the exploitation of natural resources, the website "Mashina" reported.
A few days ago, the Swedish activist was in Albania, North Macedonia, Kosovo and Montenegro, is also about to visit Bosnia and Herzegovina.
