US President Donald Trump said that Alaska was a point of contention as a location for a summit with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
“The fake media has been saying for three days that I suffered a “big defeat“ by allowing Russian President Vladimir Putin to hold a big summit in the United States. In fact, he would have liked the summit to be held anywhere, but not in the United States, and the fake media knows it. That was one of the main points of contention“, he wrote on Truth Social.
Trump said that if the summit had been held elsewhere, “the Democrat-controlled media would have said what a terrible thing it was“. “These people are crazy”, he added.
