US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said that not only European allies, but also countries outside Europe will be involved in developing and providing security guarantees for Ukraine.
He made this statement in an interview with Fox News.
“We will work with our European allies and, by the way, with non-European countries to create such security guarantees. We are working on it right now“, Rubio said. He added that the guarantees should be “created after a peace agreement so that Ukraine can feel secure in the future“.
