Ukraine is planning new strikes deep into Russian territory, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said, after weeks of intensified attacks on Russian Ukrainian energy infrastructure.
In a post on the social network X, he indicated that Ukraine would continue its active operations in exactly the way necessary for the country's defense.
According to him, the forces and resources are prepared. New deep strikes are also planned, he explained.
Zelensky made his comment after a meeting with the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrsky.
We recall that in June 2025, Ukraine conducted Operation "Cobweb", launching drone strikes on Russian strategic aviation deep inside Russian territory.
