A man in serious condition was transported by the medical helicopter from Sevlievo to Sofia. This was announced on their Facebook page by the Center for Air Emergency Medical Assistance (CEMSA), quoted by NOVA.
This is the first mission after the successful completion of the mandatory maintenance of the medical helicopter, the Center adds.
The mission is of the hospital-to-hospital type and was responded to by the on-duty medical team Dr. Tina Dimitrova and nurse Nina Minkova. The patient is a man in serious general condition with a traumatic brain injury. "Dr. Stoichvo Hristov" entered the Medical College of Medical Sciences. – Sevlievo, from where they submitted a request for his transportation by air to Sofia.
From the site of UMBAL “St. Ekaterina“ the patient was taken over by a team of the Emergency Center - Sofia and was taken to the “Pirogov“ hospital.
