The districts of Plovdiv and Blagoevgrad will also be in a flu epidemic from Wednesday.
The anti-epidemic measures in Plovdiv are in effect until the 28th, and in Blagoevgrad until January 30. An additional measure is also being introduced there, mandatory wearing of medical masks by medical personnel in medical institutions.
In the districts in a flu epidemic, preventive examinations, immunizations and scheduled consultations for pregnant women and children are suspended. Hospital visits are also suspended. To limit the number of sick people in organized children's and school groups, a reinforced filter is being introduced to prevent children with clinical symptoms of influenza from being admitted, and enhanced disinfection will also be carried out.
