It will rain in Western Bulgaria, which will also cover the central regions of the country by the morning. The wind will be weak from the southeast. Minimum temperatures will be between 6° and 11°, in Sofia - around 7°. Atmospheric pressure will be significantly lower than average. During the day in Western Bulgaria it will slightly increase, and in Eastern it will further decrease.
During the day, the weather will be cloudy and rainy. After noon, precipitation in Southern Bulgaria will increase, and on Tuesday night, there will be intense precipitation in the eastern half of the country. The wind will be from the northwest and will be moderate. Maximum temperatures will be between 10° and 15°, in the eastern regions - up to 18°-20°, in Sofia - around 10°.
On the Black Sea Coastin the morning hours, cloudiness will be insignificant, but will quickly increase and by noon it will already be cloudy. After noon, precipitation will also begin, which will intensify in the evening. Intense and significant precipitation is expected on Tuesday night. The wind will be weak to moderate from the south-southeast. Maximum temperatures will be between 18° and 21°, as is the temperature of the sea water. The sea will be 2 points.
In the mountains it will be cloudy with rain, above 1700-1800 meters of snow. A moderate to strong south-southwest wind will blow, which will start to orient from the north later in the day. The maximum temperature at an altitude of 1200 meters will be about 8°, at 2000 meters – about 2°.
