Climatologist Prof. Georgi Rachev predicts extremely pleasant weather in early November, right during the short school vacation – from October 31 to November 3.
According to him, the weather on November 1 and 2 will be perfect – the rains will stop, the mornings will be cool, and during the day the temperatures will rise.
From Friday – October 31, Bulgaria will fall under the influence of high atmospheric pressure, which will bring warm and calm weather.
Despite the presence of a powerful Atlantic cyclone over Northern and Western Europe, the Balkan Peninsula will remain in the zone of stable and pleasant weather.
Prof. Rachev noted that temperature maps for Europe show quite high values for the season - around 25° in Athens, 22° - in Belgrade and Istanbul, and in places in Bulgaria it will be even warmer than in Spain.
“Very good weather awaits us, especially during the weekend and in the first days of November. In Sofia, temperatures will reach 17-19 degrees, and in Varna - even higher values. The weather will remain quiet, sunny and unusually warm for the first ten days of November“, the climatologist pointed out.
In conclusion, Prof. Rachev announced that we will enjoy a real gypsy summer in the middle of autumn, which will last at least until the middle of next week.
