It will be mostly clear at night. There will be a weak, moderate westerly wind in the Danube Plain, which will start to strengthen after midnight.
Minimum temperatures tomorrow will be between 3° and 2°, in Sofia – around minus 2°.
During the day, a strong northwest wind will blow over Eastern Bulgaria, bringing in cold air.
Code orange for strong and stormy wind has been announced in the northwestern and southwestern regions of the country.
In some places, mainly in Northeastern Bulgaria, light snow will fall.
The maximum temperatures before noon will be between 2° and 7°, in Sofia - around 3°, along the Black Sea coast 4° and 7°.
In the mountains, mainly in Stara Planina, there will be snowfalls and there will be snow blizzards along the Stara Planina passes.
The new week will start with mostly sunny weather. The wind will weaken and will be oriented from the west-southwest.
On Tuesday there will be more sunny hours before noon, after noon the cloudiness will increase, without precipitation.
On Wednesday and Thursday it will be quite cold and windy. On the first day of the New Year in some places, mainly in Northern Bulgaria and the mountainous regions, light snow will fall.
