The three largest pirate content sites in our country - Zamunda.net, ArenaBG and Zelka, were taken down in an international operation in which Europol, the Bulgarian Anti-Corruption Bureau, American services, the National Security Agency, the investigation and the prosecutor's office participated. There are four detainees in the case, confirmed the outgoing Minister of the Interior Daniel Mitov, quoted by Nova TV. However, he refused to reveal what exactly the arrested people were doing.
From the messages of the three sites, it is clear that the reason for their suspension is by virtue of a court order issued in the USA. “This domain was seized by the Homeland Security Investigations Service as part of an international operation, in accordance with a court order issued by the US District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi“, reads the text of a banner that is visible when attempting to access any of the three platforms.
They functioned as torrent trackers and offered all kinds of content - films, music, games, programs, etc. Some time ago, the Bulgarian authorities stated that “pre-trial proceedings“ had been initiated“ against the platforms in question for “crimes against intellectual property and tax crimes“.

“Now the results are available. When there is a will, there is a result. A very complex and well-coordinated international operation was carried out”, Mitov said today at a briefing to journalists in Dimitrovgrad.
