Fake messages on behalf of the National Revenue Agency asking for data for "refunding" of taxes

The Agency warns that this is a phishing attack

Fake messages posing as the National Revenue Agency (NRA) are being spread through a popular chat application.

They are sent from foreign numbers and contain a link promising a "refund" of a tax. The text claims that the message is from the Ministry of Finance and that the recipient's tax return has already been processed, requiring them to follow the specified link.

The NRA warns that this is a phishing attack aimed at stealing personal data and banking information.

The institution reminds that neither the NRA nor the Ministry of Finance send messages requiring the entry of sensitive personal or financial data via links.
