Corruption has arisen a long time ago in human civilization, it is not the result of the actions of one political formation. Replacing the fight against corruption with a fight against a certain political formation will not bring results to Bulgarian society. Corruption is a serious problem, it requires a political majority that adopts a sufficient number of laws to be implemented effectively. This was stated to bTV by the candidate for deputy from GERB-SDF and leader of the list in 4 MIR - Veliko Tarnovo, Prof. Kostadin Angelov, quoted by novini.bg.
Regarding Rumen Radev's party, he specified: “Radev has not yet positioned himself on the political scene. When he appears on television, he gives mixed political messages - we don't know if he is left-wing is, is he right-wing, is he Euro-Atlantic, is he Russophile. It brings confusion regarding the orientation of Bulgaria, does not provide a solution for the future, but gives the people a fight.“
“Sociology is changing on the ground. In the cities where we use sociological assistance, we see that the battle for the first place is not predetermined. The battle will be on April 19, the first place is not decided. We can give that stability to society. We are on the ground every day“, he added.
When asked who they will form a coalition with in the future parliament, Angelov paid attention: “We have never pre-decided during an election campaign what will happen at its outcome. If the role falls to us to form a government, we will sit at the negotiating table and everyone who recognizes our program. We have no red lines for the Bulgarians to live good.“
“We will definitely not sit down to negotiate with “Vazrazhdane” – they look east, we look west. From then on, every political formation that recognizes GERB's program is our potential partner“, he further specified.
“GERB is losing its lead. I expect long before the elections that Bulgarians will sober up and support GERB as the first political force“, he summarized.
