Deputies from “We continue the Change – Democratic Bulgaria” sent a signal to the Prosecution College of the SJC, i.f. chief prosecutor Borislav Sarafov and the head of the SGP after the letter of the honorary chairman of the DPS Ahmed Dogan. The alert is in connection with information about crimes committed on duty by magistrates, police officers and representatives of the security services.

The MPs from the PP-DB believe that there are grounds for conducting a full comprehensive and objective investigation regarding the presence of undue influence from certain political circles on representatives of the Bulgarian prosecutor's office, as well as the commission of crimes by Bulgarian magistrates and police officers.

In their report, the MPs also indicated the specific quote from Dogan's position: “Never, since its creation more than 34 years ago, has the Movement used mutineer approaches to threaten our families, to take away people's business with the prosecutor's office and the police services. A fear psychosis is deliberately created for people's lives, work and property”.

According to the PP-DB, the “address contains data related to the activities of the deputy Delyan Peevski and his influence on the prosecutor's office, data on crimes committed on duty by magistrates and employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the purpose of intimidation, coercion and pressure, property crimes and others”.
