Administrative Court - Sofia city confirmed the decision of the Central Election Commission, by which the acting chairman Atanas Zafirov is registered as representing the coalition "BSP for Bulgaria".
This is another important step of the socialists on the way to a broad left unification.
The decision comes on the day the BSP signs a coalition agreement with all left-wing parties in Bulgaria for general participation in the elections.
We remind you that the CEC, by its decision, entered Atanas Zafirov as representing the coalition "BSP for Bulgaria".
However, the decision was appealed in an attempt by the former chairman and former member of the party, Cornelia Ninova, and the ex-members expelled from the party, Ivan Chenchev and Georgi Svilenski, illegally authorized by her, to block the BSP from appearing in the elections in a broad left alliance. Today, the court categorically rejected their request.
