The second medical helicopter will be delivered to us at the end of November . This was announced by the Minister of Health, Galya Kondeva, to the deputies of the relevant parliamentary committee. According to her, the third should be in Bulgaria at the end of December, reported by novini.bg.

Kondeva explained that there was a delay in the delivery of the second air ambulance, which was contractually supposed to be provided by the middle of the year. According to her, our first helicopter, which is already performing missions, will be moved to the air base in Sliven, and the expected second helicopter will remain in Sofia.

"We made a commitment with the electronic ministry, together with the Ministry of Education and Science (MES), to find a solution by the end of the month regarding the medical notes for clinically healthy children and the personal preventive cards,", she commented.
Kondeva explained that the Ministry of Health, through the National Health Information System, has developed these two functionalities electronically and was ready to have them active this month, but there is a problem connecting with the system of the Ministry of Health and, more specifically, with some schools .

In some schools there are no health specialists and this makes it difficult for the Ministry of Education and Culture to launch the module, Kondeva pointed out. She said she is aware that requiring these notes from GPs risks mixing the flows of healthy and sick citizens, which is why the responsible ministries are continuing the meetings in search of a solution.

We are considering a change in Ordinance 3 on the health requirements for kindergartens regarding the notices of no contact with infectious patients and for clinically healthy persons, which on the one hand would guarantee the health of the persons who enter these institutions, on the other hand - it is not necessary to constantly request this type of notes, the Minister of Health also stated, quoted by BTA.
