"When it comes to a new agency on the market and especially in the media space, we always have to be careful". This was stated to the Bulgarian National Radio by Prof. Svetoslav Malinov regarding the current sociological data of "Gallup International Balkan":
"Gallup“ is a new agency, despite the fact that the brand is old. These are new people, new owners, new management and new spokespeople. They are about to prove themselves in national elections, when we will see their forecasts, a comparative perspective with others and with their own, and then I would say they have the right to claim a place among the large national agencies, respectively media. This is my assessment as a professional analyst. In this way, "Trend" initially had to prove itself in a series of elections, now they are already among the established ones".
"It is rude to say that the new president should be anti-Radev, because he should be much more, but he should be the very opposite of the current president not only in views, but also in style", said in an interview for the "12+3" program of the "Horizont" program; Prof. Malinov:
"The problem with our current president is not that he has his own beliefs and his own positions on the war in Ukraine and on many other things. The problem is that he is defending them in a way that is deeply contrary to the spirit of the Constitution.
"A vote of no confidence next year in January is mandatory", the political scientist commented:
"Daniel Mitov's time is running out", predicted Prof. Malinov:
"In a few weeks, perhaps he will formally occupy this post or vice versa - he will surprise us with actions that will actually show the meaning of appointing an outsider as Minister of the Interior".
"I would not place high hopes on Vanya Grigorova", the political scientist emphasized:
"Her opportunities as a national politician are severely limited, especially after severing ties with the BSP".
