The Anti-Corruption Commission arrests you and throws you in custody for weeks/months. Without being a criminal, they charge you with participating in an organized criminal group. Do you wonder how this is possible in a normal state governed by the rule of law? In the courtroom you realize that you are arrested WITHOUT EVIDENCE and that you will lie in custody (with the bedbugs) while the prosecutor's office fabricates something against you. They are looking for evidence of something that the Supreme Court ruled months ago that you are within your rights. This is what is written on "Facebook" Venko Sabrutev from the PP on the ongoing measure of "detention in custody", which the court ruled against Varna Mayor Blagomir Kotsev.
"The court rules in the middle of the night - you will lie in custody for months (until the prosecutor's office decides)! Understand until they fabricate something against you and break you. You will be in the nasty cell, not at home, with your wife and your neurotic children, because of the seized machine," the politician also writes.
"In order to crush you mentally, they chase your wife, who is holding your one-month-old baby in her arms, out of the courtroom, who are there to inspire you with courage. Pressure begins from agents, people close to you to bear false witness against you. Your friend gives in. They threaten him with his life and health and that of his family. Days later, your friend gathers courage and admits that he was under pressure from the repressive apparatus and retracts his false testimony," he continues his story.
"Without guilt and without evidence - you are guilty! This could be your story. Today it is Blago, tomorrow it is you. Come today at 6:30 pm in front of the Courthouse in Sofia to PROTEST against both. Every Bulgarian citizen is under real threat if we allow Borisov and Peevski to repeal the laws in Bulgaria," Sabrutev concludes his publication.
