"Ursula von der Leyen said that 1/3 of the weapons for Ukraine are from Bulgaria. She just didn't say when the export started and under which governments. And she didn't say how in April 2022, at a meeting with her in the office of the then Prime Minister Kiril Petkov, I explained to her in pure French that while I was the Minister of Economy, weapons for Ukraine would not be exported. And she stared at me with narrowed eyes. Now the paid scoundrels have croaked - Ninova is to blame, she brought them out. I will not let you jump on my head and lie indiscriminately. Whoever wants to be lied to and manipulated is their own problem.

I will say here for thinking people:
1. I have already convicted in the last instance liars who claimed that while I was a minister, weapons were exported to Ukraine.
And anyone who dares again will go to court and there we will see who is wrong and who is right.
2. I was a minister only 4 months after the start of the war and the government was overthrown. During this period, nothing was exported to Ukraine.
3. The decision to export was then made by the National Assembly, where I voted against.
4. All governments after that - Rumen Radev's official ones and the regulars of GERB and their partners - exported everything we have.
5. So ask them and don't transfer the sick head to the healthy one for these more than 3 years in which the war continues.
6. An export permit is given only after signatures from the Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Defense, DANS, DAR, KOS, Military Intelligence together. But all the fire is being thrown only at me personally and I am aware of why it is being done. The whole disgusting machine has started up again. And let me tell you that this will not stop me from exposing every lie and manipulation behind the scenes."
