The Council of Ministers has approved the sale of real estate owned by “Port of Burgas“ EAD. The property is located on the territory of the city of Burgas and will be sold to the tenant living in it. The real estate is not necessary for the implementation of the company's main activity, it is not used for technological or other activities. The sale will be carried out at a price not lower than that determined by an independent appraiser.
The government has changed the status of part of a property, declaring it private state property. The asset is a building located on the territory of the village of Han Asparuhovo, Stara Zagora region. The extension will be removed from the assets of the National Company “Railway Infrastructure“ for the implementation of the project “Rehabilitation of the Plovdiv - Burgas“.
The Cabinet decided to assign the representative of the Supreme Judicial Council (SJC) to conclude a purchase agreement in favor of the state for 1474/3722 ideal parts of a land property - private municipal property, the entire area of 3722 sq. m, which is located in the village of Lozenets, Tsarevo Municipality. With its acquisition, the co-ownership of it between the state through the SJC and the Tsarevo Municipality will be terminated. This will make it possible to implement the investment intentions of the SJC for the reconstruction of the educational facility and the provision of the necessary minimum number of parking spaces. The regional governor of Burgas District should draw up an act of private state property for the property, with management rights granted to the Supreme Judicial Council.

The Ministry of Health is granted management of another independent site - public state property, on the same floor in the building. It will be used to ensure the flow of the work process, and it is planned to accommodate the “Internal Audit Unit“, “Inspectorate“ and “Call Center“ after restructuring of working areas and the separation of a separate sector. An opportunity will also be given to provide additional premises to the secondary budget managers of the ministry, in whose management parts of the building complex are now under their management. Due to the no longer necessary, the management of the properties is being taken over by the National Revenue Agency of the Ministry of Finance.
In its capacity as a concessionaire under a contract for coal mining from the “East Maritsa Coal Basin“, “Mini Maritsa-East“ EAD will receive two properties - public state property as belonging to the concession object. This was decided by the Council of Ministers at its meeting today. The properties fall within the concession area and are located in the land of the village of Troyanovo, Radnevo Municipality, Stara Zagora Region. Their provision is necessary to ensure the unhindered implementation of the activities under the concession contract, related to the expansion of coal mining from the deposit. Today's decision of the Council of Ministers also provides an opportunity legal basis of the concessionaire - „Mini Maritsa-iztok“ EAD, within the framework of the provided properties to carry out activities related to the concession.
The Council of Ministers authorized the establishment of a pecuniary unlimited limited real right of passage/passage, easement of the technical infrastructure through the territory of a land property located in the town of Sevlievo, Gabrovo region, owned by „Irrigation Systems“ EAD. The establishment of the real right is in favor of „Baldjiev“ OOD, Sevlievo.
The Cabinet adopted a decision to give consent to the sale of real estate, owned by „Irrigation Systems“ EAD - Sofia, through direct negotiation upon a declared interest in purchasing by a commercial company - co-owner. The properties are in co-ownership and are located in the town of Blagoevgrad.
