The continuous increase in the price of properties in recent years and the desire to quickly invest the accumulated funds in something secure, makes the purchase of a home one of the safest. On the other hand, a group of young people has emerged who, thanks to new technologies and, above all, the policies of social networks, have managed to quickly amass a fortune. The logical question arises as to what to do with the money they have earned quickly. The logical answer is to buy something whose price will only grow over time – property.
The group of the new rich, aged between 20 and 25, consists of influencers, young people who have become rich from crypto assets, IT specialists. This is also joined by slightly older people who hold managerial positions in large companies and doctors.
What properties are the representatives of the so-called generation Z – born in the period 1977-2012 – looking for? First of all, a stylish apartment with a clean design, bright rooms with high ceilings. The location and the available infrastructure around the property are also of key importance, and for those who buy for the purpose of use, the neighbors are also important. Next comes the security factor.
