He complies, and I execute – which is more responsible… A few days ago we heard from GERB leader Boyko Borisov that he has known Delyan Peevski for 20 years and knows what he can count on. 20 years ago Boyko Borisov was the Secretary General of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, then mayor, then Prime Minister (officially) three times. And today he is an ordinary MP, as he likes to express himself. Well, and he is the leader of a party – still.

"I have known Delyan Peevski for 20 years and I know what I can count on. And I know that when I tell him something, he complies, and I know that when he asks me for something, I fulfill it", Borisov said a few days ago.

So Peevski complies, after all, and that means that he may do it, he may not do it. He has a choice. He may respond to help, he may not. But he still complies. What happens when Peevski asks something of Borisov – “… I fulfill it“. Those were Borisov's words. We quoted him exactly above.

And so it was during these “friendly“ 20 years
Today Borisov is not a prime minister, but an ordinary deputy. Alas. But a fact! When Borisov is the mayor of Sofia and asks something of Delyan Peevski, it is somehow pleasing. The mayor wants something. He has prestige. When Borisov is prime minister and asks Peevski for something, it's even more prestigious. The person with the most responsible position in the state wants something. He has even more prestige. As they say, if you've done something for the prime minister and he's somehow indebted to you, it sounds good. And they've known each other for years. So Borisov - as mayor or prime minister, wants something from Peevski and he complies. Then Pevski asks something from Borisov (in his capacity as mayor or prime minister) and he FULFILS it. This is according to the quote (b.r. - see at the beginning) - this is not about interpretations.

What is it today 20 years ago Borisov was 46 years old. (b.r. - he was born on June 13, 1959) Today he is 66 years old. Retirement age according to Bulgarian legislation. Today Borisov is not the mayor of Sofia, he is not the prime minister. He is an ordinary MP. So, what can Peevski want from an ordinary MP, since he has an entire parliamentary group. Peevski himself is also an MP. What can MP Peevski want from MP Borisov, which the latter will fulfill!? MP Peevski has everything - he has his own party - "DPS - New Beginning", after he retired Ahmed Dogan from politics, he has a parliamentary group, he has MPs, he has people in the judiciary, he has people in the Ministry of Internal Affairs, he has people in the agencies, he has people in the regulatory bodies... He has everything he wants. Then what good is Borisov, who is not sure he can fulfill what Peevski will ask for…

Borisov said that he knew what he could count on when he asked something from Peevski over the last 20 years.

And does Peevski know what he can count on today if he asks something from Borisov, who is just an ordinary MP…
