Wolfsburg signs Vinny Sousa from Sheffield

Wolfsburg have strengthened their squad with defensive midfielder Vinny Sousa (right) from English Sheffield United, BTA reports. The two clubs did not officially announce the transfer parameters, but it is believed that the 26-year-old Brazilian is valued at around 15 million euros.

Souza played two seasons in England for the "blades" and recorded 76 matches, one goal and two assists.

Sheffield signed the Brazilian in August 2023 with a transfer worth 12.5 million euros from Belgian Lommel. According to information from the club, Sheffield is making a profit from the Brazilian defensive midfielder.
