Petar Mitsin was eliminated in the 200-meter butterfly heats at the World Swimming Championships in Singapore, BTA reported.
The 19-year-old Bulgarian gave 25th time with 1:59.37 minutes and failed to find a place among the top 16 who will start in the semifinals.
The fastest in the heats was the American Luca Orlando with 1:52.71 minutes.
This was Mitsin's last start at the championship in Singapore. In the 400-meter freestyle, he swam to the final and finished seventh, and in the 200-meter freestyle, he was eliminated in the heats.
