Young Portuguese Fabio Silva leaves Wolves and will seek development in the Bundesliga

Portuguese striker Fabio Silva (center) officially continues his career in Germany. The 22-year-old has moved from Wolverhampton to Borussia Dortmund, with his long-term contract keeping him at “Signal Iduna Park“ until the summer of 2030.

According to information, the transfer fee amounts to around 22.5 million euros, to which various bonuses are also provided. Silva arrived at Wolves in 2020, but an initial spell in England was followed by several loan spells.

He has played for Anderlecht, PSV Eindhoven, Rangers and Las Palmas before taking the next big step in his career.

“I know what Borussia Dortmund means to its fans - passion and support at a world-class level. It is an honour to be part of this club. I am looking forward to getting on the pitch and will do everything I can to adapt as quickly as possible”, Silva said during his presentation.
