At least 63 people were killed and dozens were injured in a serious accident between two passenger buses in Uganda, Reuters reports, News.bg reports.
The accident occurred on the main highway connecting the capital Kampala with the northern city of Gulu. According to initial information, the two buses were traveling in opposite directions and attempted to overtake a truck and a sports utility vehicle (SUV).
The risky maneuver resulted in a head-on collision between the vehicles. All the dead were passengers from both buses.
