At least three Lebanese were killed in Israeli airstrikes and 99 others were wounded, the Lebanese Health Ministry said in X.
“The total number of civilians killed in 20 days of military escalation has increased to 1,024, and the number of wounded to 2,740“, the report said. “118 children were killed and 370 were injured.“
According to the Lebanese Ministry of Interior, the number of displaced persons from the war zone has reached 1,049,328, concentrated mainly in Beirut.
Hezbollah reported that it had attacked an air defense base in northern Israel with drones.
“Islamic resistance drones attacked an enemy air defense base near Haifa,“ the statement said. “Another ground target was a missile defense installation in Maalot-Tarshiha.“
Hezbollah also reported that earlier rocket fire from Lebanon had targeted the headquarters of Israel's Northern Command near the city of Safed, 20 kilometers from the border, and the base of the “Golani“ division in Tiberias. Mortar shells were fired at army barracks in Iftah and Shomer, as well as at the Jewish settlements of Avivim, Kiryat Shmona, Nahariya and Kfar Yuval.
