Israel is preparing for a direct attack from Iran in the next 24-48 hours, the American Wall reports Street Journal, citing an informed source.
A source briefed on Iranian leaders said no final decision had been made, although plans for an attack were being discussed.
According to the publication, US intelligence reports indicate a planned strike by Iran within a few days, “probably on Israeli territory”.
Earlier, US media, citing Iranian and US intelligence sources, reported that Tehran planned to strike dozens of sensitive targets in Israel, including energy infrastructure and various other facilities, using ballistic missiles and explosive-laden drones.
