Ukrainian drones damaged the energy infrastructure and caused a power outage in the central part of Russia's Oryol region, governor Andrey announced this evening in Telegram Klitschko, quoted by Reuters and BTA.
He specified that the damage was caused while air defense units intercepted the drones over Glazunov and Sverdlovsk districts.
Klitschko does not mention casualties.
Earlier, the governor of the Kursk region, Roman Starovoit, reported in Telegram that a Ukrainian drone damaged power lines in the southern part of the region and cut off the power supply to the village of Poniri. The drone has been taken down and repair crews are now on site to restore power, according to the same source.
