The President of the United States Joe Biden will receive the King of Jordan Abdullah II next week in a private visit to the White House, Reuters reported, quoted by BTA.
The agency cited an official statement from White House spokeswoman Karin Jean-Pierre as of today.
She also said that the US government has not yet seen a comprehensive plan from Israel for a possible military operation in the southern Gaza Strip city of Rafah. Washington wants talks on this issue to continue, added Jean-Pierre.
Speaking in the Israeli port city of Ashdod earlier this week, US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken expressed a similar opinion, Reuters recalls.
