The Minister of Justice of North Macedonia Krenar Loga wrote on his Facebook profile that " disrespecting the constitutional name of the state makes Silyanovska's oath null and void", BTA reported.

Loga's reaction comes after pronouncing the oath with which Gordana Siljanovska took office as president of the Republic of North Macedonia, she did not pronounce the constitutional name of the state, calling it only Macedonia.

According to Loga, what should happen is "either a repetition of the procedure, or the position of President of the State should be taken over by Jovan Mitrevski (President of the Parliament), as acting function" of President.

As a sign of protest, the ambassador of Greece in the Republic of North Macedonia left the plenary hall in the parliament, during the inauguration of Siljanovska, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Greece defined Siljanovska's behavior as an open violation of the Prespa Treaty, and the President of the EC Ursula von der Leyen warned the Republic of North Macedonia to respect the Prespa Treaty.

The Minister of Justice of North Macedonia, Krenar Loga, is a representative of the Alliance for Albanians from Ziyadin Sela's wing, and immediately after the oath, the DSI declared that Siljanovska violated the country's constitution and created a crisis with Greece.

Biljana Vankovska, who also participated in the presidential elections as a candidate of the Left, wrote on her Facebook profile that it is good that Gordana Siljanovska did not mention Severna in her oath, but "if she is a hero, she will send a note of termination ( of the contract) in Athens".
