Borel will hold a series of bilateral meetings with representatives of the Western Balkans

The High Representative of the EU for foreign policy and security, Josep Borrell, will discuss today in Austria with the ministers of foreign affairs of the countries of the Western Balkans the cooperation in the field of foreign policy and security, as well as the enlargement of the European Union, announced Tanjug , quoted by BTA. Borel is also scheduled to hold a series of bilateral meetings with representatives of the Western Balkans.

Borrell will attend working sessions and discussions with EU foreign ministers who are part of the “Friends of the Western Balkans” initiative, as well as with foreign ministers of the Western Balkan countries and representatives of think tanks and civil organizations.

The informal group “Friends of the Western Balkans“ includes EU member states Austria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Greece, Italy, Slovakia and Slovenia.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Serbia, Marko Djuric, will participate in today's meeting of the Foreign Ministers of the "Friends of the Western Balkans" group. He will have bilateral meetings with officials from several countries, Tanyug informed.
