President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky said today, that Ukraine seeks to double its air defense (air defense) capabilities this summer with the acquisition of modern "Patriot" systems, Reuters reported, quoted by BTA.
„As we promised, we must double the capabilities of our air defense in the summer,” he said at a meeting with representatives of local authorities.
Zelensky said he is convinced that the upcoming NATO summit in Washington will bring “powerful results” on the matter.
