A fire broke out at an electrical substation in Russia's Rostov region after Ukraine last night released "dozens" drones, said Vasily Golubev, governor of the southern Russian region that borders Ukraine, Reuters reported, quoted by BTA.
"As a result of an air attack in the Rodionovo-Nesvetai region, two transformers in an electrical substation caught fire," Golubev wrote in the messaging application "Telegram" and added that air defense systems destroyed dozens of drones.
