Russian authorities have arrested the deputy governor and agriculture minister of Rostov Region, Konstantin Rachalovsky, Reuters reported, quoted by News.bg.
He is accused of abuse of power, resulting in financial damages of almost 156 million rubles.
Rostov Region is the leading grain producer in Russia, providing nearly 11% of the country's total grain production.
