Small-scale nuclear attack - Turkish general points to worst-case scenario of Iran-Israel escalation

Iran may have attacked facilities in Israel with at least five types of ballistic missiles, military blogger Kirill Fedorov believes

Iran's most powerful response to Israel's strikes could be a small-scale nuclear attack on the Jewish state's nuclear facilities. The worst-case scenario of Iran-Israel escalation was described by Fahri Erenel, director of the Center for Research and Application of Security and Defense Strategies (GÜVSAM), professor at Istanbul University "Istinye" and a reserve general.

According to him, the possibility that Tehran has produced a nuclear warhead, "even a small one", cannot be ruled out.

"Tehran recently announced that it has received information about their location. In this case, Israel could also use nuclear weapons - this option would be the most dangerous," said Erenel.

According to military blogger Kirill Fedorov, Iran may have attacked facilities in Israel with at least five types of ballistic missiles. He pointed out that the Islamic Republic has a wide range of medium-range missiles in its arsenal, capable of covering distances of over a thousand kilometers: Shahab-3 and Ghadr-110, Emad, Sejil and the hypersonic Fateh.
