The Tiger Tower residential building in Dubai Marina caught fire on the night of June 14. All 3,820 residents of the 764 apartments were evacuated to safety. According to the Dubai Media Authority, the fire was brought under control within six hours, but the building is still shrouded in smoke due to ongoing cooling operations.
The media authority reported that the situation was fully under control.
