According to the Iranian Tasnim news agency, the earthquake had a magnitude of 5.2 and was registered at a depth of 10 kilometers, about 37 kilometers southwest of the city of Semna, bTV reported.
According to the US Geological Survey, an earthquake with a magnitude of 5.1 on the Richter scale shook northern Iran, while Israel launched multiple airstrikes on the country.
