Ukrainian drones hit the Ilsky oil refinery in the Krasnodar Territory, a source from the Security Service of Ukraine told Ukrainska Pravda, RBC-Ukraina, Suspilnia and other Ukrainian media.
Earlier, the operational headquarters of the Krasnodar Territory administration reported the attack. A BBC intelligence source later confirmed this information.
According to an SBU source, the attack resulted in a hit in one of the production workshops, which led to a fire and the suspension of part of the production processes.
The operational headquarters confirmed that the remains of the drone fell on the territory of one of the technological workshops of the Ilsk Oil Refinery, but denied that there was a fire and that the plant had received "visible damage".
The refinery is part of the Russian military-industrial complex and is involved in waging war against Ukraine, "Ukrainska Pravda" reports, citing an SBU source. The plant has repeatedly become a target of Ukrainian drones.
