400 members of sectional election commissions (SEC) were replaced in Blagoevgrad in two days, this was reported by BTV.
The chairman of RIC-Blagoevgrad Martin Busarov commented: There are no stated motives, we did our own investigation yesterday, because we have contacts in the municipalities, we have enough experience. They give up because of the sheer volume of work that needs to be done.
"When they go to get papers and material, to prepare the sections and find that there are two lists, many ballots, two types of elections, most members give up, they don't want to deal with this amount of work,", he added.
The other problem is that there are no reserves, but people submitted by the parties who have not undergone training are appointed, Busarov also shared.
In 15 sections in the Blagoevgrad district, the election day began with problems with the machines – the devices were printing a blank ballot.
