Bulgaria's position on the NATO summit in Washington, approved by the caretaker government, will be sent today to the Secret Registry of the National Assembly. This was announced by Prime Minister Dimitar Glavchev in connection with calls to the cabinet to announce the position, BNT reports. He emphasized again that there is nothing different in it from what was voted by the parliament.
"I will send NATO's position to the Secret Registry of the National Assembly today, so that every one of the people's representatives who wishes can get acquainted with it. There is no reason for speculation. There have been bombastic headlines about whether the caretaker government is getting us into war - these are absurd ones. There is nothing different from the positions and decisions of the National Assembly, under no circumstances can we talk about something like that," said the acting prime minister.
It is usual practice before NATO forums that all countries release for official use what the applications are for these positions, so there is no way to violate the generally accepted within NATO and declassify positions today," Glavchev pointed out.
