In the last hours of the 50th National Assembly, proposals for renegotiation of the Recovery and Resilience Plan and acquisition by the state of assets of "Mini Maritsa-east". However, this did not happen because of the "occupation" by ITN and "Revival". What do those who were in the hall as observers think about the matter – in "In Focus" is the president of KT “Support“ Dimitar Manolov.
It is not the state's fault that we cannot absorb the money from PVU, and those who wrote the plan in this form, it is unworkable“, declared Manolov.
„The reclamation of the areas where the coal is mined should be done by the “Maritsa-East“ mines, but they are sold to the thermal power plants at a price set by the state. With such a price, there are no funds left for reclamation. And finances must come from the Recovery and Resilience Plan. But in order for this money to come in, a new enterprise must be created through which the funds will pass and they will go to reclamation. But all of us in Bulgaria know how the relationship between the main contractor and subcontractors happens," the president of the "Support" KT also said.
