Bulgaria lost the great Kiril Marichkov. The incident happened this evening in the village of Salanovtsi, Vrachansko, where there was supposed to be a festive concert.
In front of bTV, the mayor of the municipality of Oryahovo stated that Marichkov fell on the stage and died later in the ambulance on the way to the hospital.
In an interview that was supposed to be broadcast this Sunday, Marichkov stated:
"At 80 I became a fatalist. I think I pulled the devil's tail really hard," he says.
To a clarifying question, he says: "Donny had written - an accident happened and the tour we were doing in the States made it necessary for me to go back to Bulgaria," Marichkov tells in the program "120 minutes".
