Did only one candidate-deputy list order DPS-a new beginning - 1
FAKTI.BG publishes opinions with a wide range of perspectives to encourage constructive debates.

”DPS - a new beginning” ordered his candidate deputies. But is it only in this list that Delyan Peevski has direct influence!? Interesting events happened in the last days, but let's look at them in chronological order.

That in the BSP is interesting, it is interesting, but how useful is what is happening. The much-touted left-wing coalition has begun to form and assert itself, and has begun to disintegrate. And the left hasn't reached the elections yet. From i.f. Chairman of the BSP Atanas Zafirov, we hear that the unification is stable, but the MIR party announced that they are leaving the “BSP-United Left” Coalition. Why? “Because the coalition agreement and the dialogue have been broken, and people who are directly dependent on Peevski have been placed at the top of the lists. Unfortunately, the BSP was taken on a concession by Peevski and we no longer have a place there”, the party announced in its official position.

A little later, the leader of “Movement 21” Tatyana Doncheva – surely well-acquainted with the internal processes in the coalition, announced that almost two months ago, they raised the issue of dependence on Peevski before the BSP. She sharply criticized the position of the BSP, after socialist MPs gave their support for the temporary director of the Anti-Corruption Commission (KPK) Anton Slavchev to remain in the post. She also reminded another – that a week ago the parties in the BSP – The United Left handed a letter to the leadership of the BSP not to include members of Delyan Peevski and DPS in the lists.
“The unification of the left is super important and it should start as early as yesterday, as early as last month and even earlier.

The case of “Anton Slavchev“
The "Anton Slavchev" case, which was considered in the parliament a few days ago, was very indicative of what it means to pursue one's interest. Respectively, it is good to remember the saying that “… interest shakes the fez“! There are enough topics for reflection in three words, but not now… But what happened in parliament. PP-DB put to a vote the proposal to release the chairman of the Anti-Corruption Commission Anton Slavchev. But he remained in office. How? Slavchev was retained with the votes of GERB and DPS of Delyan Peevski. So far so good! But MPs from BSP also gave support… Again, BSP plays a role in favor of “someone”, and “There is such a people” (ITN) did not participate in the voting. When you don't vote, what is – in practice, non-participation is a kind of support that turned out to be in Slavchev's favor to keep his post.

Yes, all this passes and passes, people will not remember it, most likely they did not realize that there was such a debate in parliament, in which someone pretended to “save” someone because that's what he wants now. The important thing is that something that should have happened in the right way at a given time happened in the right way at the given time. Ordinary people are not interested in this and the information passes them by and leaves. But there are people in the parliament who are very interested in this because…

The very next day after the vote in the National Assembly, which went as it should, the Anti-Corruption Commission (CPC) took action against political competitors of the “DPS-New Beginning” with the arrest of the mayor of Mineralni Bani Myumyun Iskender and members of his family. As is known, Iskender remained loyal to DPS around honorary chairman Ahmed Dogan. The mayors of the other two municipalities in Haskovo region, where DPS has a serious presence - Stambolovo and Madjarovo, are supporters of Peevski's faction. We are now seeing the “Ibryamov” case study, which will certainly undergo development.
Well, you save someone to use. It is clear. But what kind of governance formula is set after the elections at the end of October… We can certainly say one thing – it cannot help but be related to the topic of the two DPS.
