Victoria Tomova was eliminated in the first round of the tournament in Osaka

Viktoria Tomova ended her participation in the tennis tournament for women on hard surfaces in Osaka already in the first round, reported FOCUS.

The Bulgarian tennis player, who is ranked No. 6 in the competition scheme, was eliminated by the Dutch qualifier Suzanne Lammens with 6:1, 6:2. The match lasted a little over an hour.

Tomova is in the 48th place in the ranking, while Lammens occupies the 132nd position.

This was the second match between the two professional women's tennis players, with the Bulgarian registering her second loss.
