The hosts managed to get back into the game in the 36th minute when Ollie Watkins converted a penalty awarded for a foul on Morgan Rodgers.

The second half started brilliantly for Aston Villa, as in the 47th minute the team was ahead in the score after a goal by Morgan Rodgers, and the assist was by the best in the ranks of the hosts Watkins.
